Engineering & Design
Engineering and Design - We turn ideas into buildable reality. From back of the napkin sketches to CAD-ready files, our design process ensures every part fits, functions, and is built to your needs. We create 3D model CAD files and can define tolerances for complex assemblies consisting of multiple parts. We model for manufacturability, quality and understanding so that you can see what your finished product will look like, avoiding miscommunication about what will be delivered.

Layer Sheet Cutting
Laser Sheet Cutting - Precision meets speed. Our fiber laser systems cut steel, aluminum, and stainless with tight tolerances and clean edges—ideal for brackets, panels, and custom components. Our fiber laser cutter can cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and many other materials. Our laser is capable of cutting mild steel ¾” thick, stainless steel ¼” thick, and aluminum ¼” thick. With positioning accuracy of .01mm and a cut that is less than 1/32 of an inch we guarantee precision in every part. Perfect for intricate signs or sheets requiring pre cut holes for fasteners and hardware.
Laser Tube Cutting
Laser Tube Cutting - Complex profiles, clean cuts. We handle round, square, and rectangular tubing with CNC-guided laser accuracy—perfect for frames, supports, and ornamental structures. We also can cut channel, angle and I beam profiles up to 8” at the largest part of the tube or beam.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet Metal Fabrication – If just laser cutting sheet metal won’t quite do the job, We bend, form, and finish sheet metal for industrial and architectural use. Whether it’s a one-off prototype or a production run, we deliver consistency and strength. Our design team is capable of creating complex boxes, structures, and housings that fit your tolerance and waterproofing if needed. Our 150 ton 10 foot brake is capable of handling many jobs that others may not be able to handle. After cutting, bending, and welding we offer finishing services as well to make sure your sheet metal enclosure is weatherproof and ready to work.
Structural Steel Fabrication
Structural Steel Fabrication – Built for load and longevity. We fabricate beams, columns, and supports for trailers, platforms, and heavy-duty applications—always with safety and code compliance in mind. We have built hand railings to code, and offer both in house and external engineering stamp and certification on projects that need to meet safety and coded standards.
Tool & Fixturing
​Tooling and Fixturing – Our engineering team is proficient in designing tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes. We have designed and integrated fixtures and robotic weld jigs for heavy equipment manufacturers including Terex Cranes, Genie Industries, Big Tex Trailers, PJ Trailers and others.
Ornamental Fabrication
Ornamental Fabrication – Serving our local markets of the Magic and Wood River Valley, We create laser-cut signage, decorative panels, and architectural accents that blend industrial strength with visual impact. We have built gates, handrails, banisters, and custom railings for decks, indoor stairways and balconies.
Food Service Equipment
Food Service Equipment – With years of experience in the food industry in the Magic Valley we use food grade stainless steel and approved welding processes to fabricate food equipment in the magic valley. We also are trained weld passivation and ensuring any thing that leaves our shop is ready for a hygienic installation.
